Spanish courses for juniors in Malaga 2013
In this globalized world, it is more and more important to speak different languages. The sooner the better, because younger students learn foreign languages more easily than adults do.
The school is located in a quiet residential area near the beach in a wonderful andalusian style house. In the garden, the sun reflex in the transparent waters of the pool which is very refreshing on hot summer days. On the andalusian patio and barbecue area, shaded by tall trees, you can meet and enjoy free time with your friends and fellow students.
The school has 7 classrooms decorated in a modern style to enhance comfort and a learning environment. The house is situated in a quiet area which allows to have classes outside, if you wish. Unlike many schools in Malaga which are situated in noisy zones that are not suitable for outdoor classes.
The institute was founded in 2002 and since then has been running successfully.
The school counts with the following services:
- 7 spacious and bright classrooms.
- Swiss management.
- Quality of teaching: the entire staff is made up of native spanish teachers with university degrees as well as extensive teaching experience.
- Average class size is 6 to 9 students. Maximum students 9.
- In the Bodega, in a moroccan style, the school provide computers with Internet access, a library, television and movies.
- Wi-Fi in the whole school.
- Different students from all over the world.
Our Junior program in Malaga is available in easter, during the summer months (july - september) and during the autumn holidays for students between 13 and 16 years old.
The course consist in 4 lessons Spanish in the morning, from 9.30h - 13.55h and in the afternoon the students can enjoy the different activities offered by the school.
The school offers sport and cultural activities like:
- Playing beach-volley
- Going to the cinema
- Playing bowls
- Going to the Aqua Park
- Visiting the different monuments of Malaga, like the Alcazaba, Gibralfaro, Catedral, etc.
- Visiting the Picasso Museum
- Shopping afternoon in the city centre
- Paella at school
- Barbecue at school
- Parties at school
During a two week course there are 6 afternoon activities and one full-day excursion included. Excursions are normally on Saturday or Sunday to the most important places in Andalusia: Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Ronda, Nerja, Marbella, etc.
The accommodation options for juniors is normally in Spanish host families in single or double rooms with half or fullboard. Students with 16 years old can also choose the option to stay in a shared student apartment, in single or double rooms.
The students who choose the "Junior Course" will be thaught in the same school as the adult learners. The juniors will be supervised by the school team, the team leader who will accompany the students during the afternoons and on the week-ends and the host families.
Anyway there are times when the students will be unsupervised, for example on their way to school.
