After having received the application the school will send you a confirmation and invoice containing the amount needed to be paid. A deposit of 100 Euros needs to be received to ensure your place. Last minute bookings (within 2 weeks of the start of the course) should be paid in full at the time of booking and a copy of the transfer receipt or credit card details must be provided with the completed registration form.
The school reserves the right to cancel bookings without refund of the deposit if subsequent payment of the balance is not duly received according to these conditions.

Cancellation fees
Cancellations made prior to arrival will only be accepted in writing (letter, fax, e-mail, telegram). Should you decide to cancel your course registration and inform the school 7 days before the start of the course, you have the right to a return of 50% of your deposit and 100% of the rest of the course payment. After this date you would loose 100% of the deposit. There are no refunds of payment once the course has begun. The school has a cancellation insurance which you can book. The cost is 4% of the total sum of the invoice.
In case of a serious disciplinary offence, repeated bad behaviour or infringement of the Spanish law the student will be expelled from the school and accommodation contracted through the school without the right to any refund. Where damage is caused to third parties, all charges to the school that originate from the above-mentioned incident will be paid by the student, who will have no right to later claims.

Methods of payment
Students can pay in cash, with travellers checks, credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment for you courses and accommodation is due by the third day of your course. You pay in the school office or in advance by bank transfer or by giving a credit card number.

Public Holidays
Please note that on the following selected public holidays there are no classes:
06.04, 01.05, 15.08, 24.09, 01.11, 06.12.
