After having received the application the school will send you a confirmation and invoice containing the amount needed to be paid. A deposit of 90 Euros for the course fee and 90 Euros for the accommodation fee needs to be received to ensure your place. (For private apartments there is a deposit to pay of 50 % of the accommodation amount). The rest of the amount can be paid before the beginning of the course or directly on the first school day at the office.

Cancellation fees
For cancellations the school has following charges:

• Prior to 6 weeks before the course the school charges you 90 Euros.
• Prior to 4 weeks before the course the school keeps the deposit (90 Euros for the course and 90 Euros for the accommodation).
• On or after the first day of the course the fees become non-refundable.

Age
The minimum age of students allowed is 16 years, for the young students 14 years.

Changes
The school reserves the right to modify programs, if service providers or other non-foreseeable circumstances or events force us to do so.

Changes of the courses
After the beginning of the course there is no change possible.

Fees
No compensation, fee reductions, refunds, credit, additional lessons or extension of the course can be given for:

• Services or facilities included in the fees and not used.
• Late entry to or absence or early departure from a course.
• Lessons replaced by testing and class allocation procedures on course entry dates (except private lessons).
• Days when school is closed because of official holidays.

Suspending
The school reserves the right to suspend students with bad behaviour or constant absence from instruction as well as expel them from the accommodation.
